Check Your School Email

Stay Connected. Stay Informed. Stay Ahead.

Your CPSB school email is one of the most important tools for staying informed throughout the school year. Students should check their email regularly to receive important updates from teachers, counselors, administrators, coaches, sponsors, and district staff.

Through your school email, you may receive:

  • 📚 Class assignments and academic updates
  • 🎓 Graduation and senior information
  • 🏫 School announcements and reminders
  • 📅 Testing dates and event information
  • 💰 Scholarship and financial aid opportunities
  • 📝 Dual Enrollment and college planning updates
  • 🏆 Club, organization, and athletic communications
  • 🚨 Important district notifications

Students can access their school email through Microsoft 365 using their CPSB student credentials. Once logged in, Outlook provides access to your school email, calendar, and other educational tools used throughout the year.

Make checking your email a daily habit. Staying informed helps you stay prepared, meet important deadlines, and take advantage of opportunities available to you.
